Grass Roots is a page that focuses on the smaller family or one man band plastering firms that are the backbone of the Plastering trade, these firms are often father and son, some even third or fourth generation of plasterers where the sons follow in their father’s footsteps, many of the plasterers have not attended a college or gained a formal recognised qualification but they come with years of experience which has been passed down to them from their fathers and grandfathers.
